The State of Idaho has been in the national spotlight lately.
Recently, Coeur d'Alene was ranked the Hottest real estate market in the country by the Wall Street Journal and Realtor.com.
In March, it was reported that Idaho was ranked the fourth least restrictive state for COVID-19 restrictions.
And now, in a study conducted by WalletHub, Idaho was ranked the #3 fastest recovering state from the COVID-19 impacts.
In order to rank the states recovering the quickest from the pandemic, WalletHub compared the 50 states and the District of Columbia across three key criteria:
1) COVID Health,
2) Leisure & Travel and
3) Economy & Labor Market.
When compared to all other states, the study showed Idaho ranked #3, after South Dakota and Iowa, respectively.
